Occasionally we have an open week that does not get booked.  We offer these last minute weeks for 50% off the normal rate or $400 for the week. ($400 per week is the minimum weekly rental rate).

Our brand new Cape Haze Resort Condo is furnished it with all new top of the line furnishings. It is a gorgeous, luxury condo, just across the street from the Intercoastal Waterway, and only minutes from several beaches and marinas, and a dozen golf courses. We have a great Cape Haze Resort pool and clubhouse & are loaded with amenities. We do not allow pets and there is no smoking in our unit.
